Honest, brilliant, trustworthy, hands-on, persistent, dedicated, friendly. If you're looking for this in a real estate attorney, Errika's the one. She's thorough in representing her client's best interest; she's a great hand-holder during the often intimidating, stressful process of buying/selling property. She's know the NY/NJ market and the entire realty business, and you gain a lot of knowledge that most attorneys feel above imparting. She represented us during both a co-op purchase and sale, and we never would've survived the ordeal without her encouragement and support. She's BEYOND a 10!
