Rainbow Sandals became almost ubiquitous on the California coast after surfers discovered the comfort and durability of the company's leather flip-flop. The Nolita outpost (Rainbow's first outside of San Clemente, Ca.,) keeps it West Coast with a potted hibiscus and a bamboo bench outside. But don't expect a wide variety of styles: Rainbow stays close to its traditional thong model, but does offer a few different options like its hemp and parachute lines.
