Bad Service. I've heard good things about this pastry shop so I wanted to see for myself what the commotion was all about. I recently visited this pastry shop with my fiance and it was the worst place I've ever visited. This was around 730 on a Saturday night. There were two girls, one short, one average height, both with very prissy attitudes. I felt as if i was an idiot with the way i was being spoken to. I also overhead their choice of vocabulary which was awful in itself. I did not feel welcomed what so ever. That would be the first and last time I will ever step foot there.

Ermanno was a great help to me and my sister when we needed assistance.. Everything was outstanding in service, and the taste, the price, it was all good. I will now be one of their best customers along with my sister & sister in law. We traveled from Saugerties, NY. and most times go into the city to Little Italy, for our pastries to bring home. No more of that for us. So now whenever we are visiting our family and friends, Morrone Pastry Shop will always be one of our stops along the way.

Took the taste right out my mouth. My friend and I went here to pick up some Italian pastries and we found the emplyees (three girls) there to be stuck up. When we first walked in the store they greeted everyone besides my friend and I. I'm not one of those people who play the race card, at the same time, this would be the perfect situation to do so. First off, they looked at us as if we were in the wrong neighborhood and they acted as if they didn't want to serve us. We feIt rushed as if they couldn't wait to get us out of their store. As my friend and I tried to figure out what pastries we wanted to buy, the three girls giving us a stink look. We didn't feel welcomed at all.
