I have been a client at Salon Topaz since it's opening and I have had the best haircuts, coloring and hair treatments ever. I am a woman with difficult hair so it takes a lot for me to be happy with my hair salon. The staff is friendly, personable and always happy. I love going into this intimate and sophisticated salon where not only does everyone who works there know my name but they know my hair as well. I know so many people who are clients at Salon Topaz and I know they all feel the same way. This is a gem of a salon in Westchester..

Like being in someone's busy home kitchen...kids running around, business conducted loudly, etc. The client is an afterthought.

The salon is pretty and the cuts & color are good, but for the price, the environment should be much nicer. I just kept waiting for an argument to break out between the guy at the front desk and what seemed to be his wife. At least one of the kids was theirs, and had the run of the place. The staff talked over the clients about everything.

Not an appropriate business environment.

If everything was half the price, I might tolerate it, but it's really expensive, not so comfortable and I felt completely anonymous.
