Good enough to keep you in Astoria all night... This place is such a great alternative to trekking out into the city. It's a great local bar with happy hour specials ( 2 for 1drinks / 3 drafts ) during the week.

Thursdays through Saturday night there is a DJ and the music is always good, the drinks arent as much as the city and the place is very stylish + posh feeling yet really friendly and the people who hang out there seem "real". Oh, they also serve food, pretty decent menu.

I go there often and I've been successful in getting my friends who don't live in Astoria (BK, NYC, even Westchester) to come and hang out there. Now it's them who - "Let's hang out @ Bungalo tonight!"

BAD SERVICE. "At first when you walk in it seems nice. But the drinks are a bit pricey! Especially the small cup they give you for $10. The drinks are watered down. To top it off the bus boys just clean off the tables with OUR half drunken drinks without asking! When we complained to the manager he just shrugged his shoulders! HORRIBLE! NEver going back there!"
