many great people work here!. i'm suprised there aren't that many reviews here! it's a very busy salon. my girl is Tracy! she's been my stylist for the past 6 years. i get wow's everytime i leave. Ragni is the girl for eyebrows and Gina (not sure how it was spelled) is your girl for facials, best facials ever, i mean they clear out acne problems! too bad she moved to the brooklyn location :(. tried ruby once, she's all talk and no action, facial wasn't good at all and her extractions were so bad she missed so many spots! it was a waste of the $85! plus she didn't do any massage while the steamer was working which Gina did, she also forgot to put on gloves while she was working!! yikes.

my only advice as far as hair stylist, whom ever you choose give him/her a chance to get to know what you like and your style. which may take a while! :)

LOVE Natural Look, Danielle is THE BEST!!!. Have had my highlights and haircut by Danielle twice so far and about to go back again.... ABSOLUTELY LOVED my hair each time and get tons of compliments. I have tried several differerent salons over the last few years and I have finally found the best! The location is so convenient (in Queens Center Mall) and the prices are definitely reasonable. As for Danielle, she is AMAZING- it's so hard to find someone that cuts curly hair just right AND the color comes out PERFECT too (gorgeous carmamel tones, never brassy). I would definitely recommend Natural Look, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed. ***Just a note, I am a REAL customer and no relation to anyone at Natural Look (just wanted to note that since I'm often skeptical about these reviews myself). :)
