Doctor Vaysman has good technical skills. Although she cares more about making a profit than doing what's best for the patient.

For example, she pushed hard for in-house retainers rather than Vivera, the Invisalign retainers. The latter has much more refined shapes and is more comfortable. But she could make more money with the former since their cost to her is much lower yet they are priced the same. Thus she would steer you hard toward the former, to the extent that sometimes I don't even know if she is telling the truth.

I would NOT recommend doctor Vaysman to any of my friends or family.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier. Dr. Vaysman was excellent - she is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly! My appointments were always on time and I always felt comfortable while I was there. I finally have the smile I've always wanted thanks to Dr. Vaysman and her team!

I just got my braces off last Tuesday and I could not be happier with the results. My experience over the past 16 months with Dr. Vaysman and her staff was excellent. I am 37 years old and I was very hesitant to get braces in the first place. When my dentist finally convinced me it was something I had to do or I'd end up losing my bottom front teeth because of my under-bite, he gave me Dr. Vaysman's card and I made an appointment for a consultation the same day. My financing options (which were a huge concern for me) were thoroughly explained. From the first visit Dr. Vaysman and her staff put me at ease. They were always so kind and gentle ... and I am a big baby when it comes to pain. Dr. Vaysman took her time with me and answered my many questions. Scheduling appointments around my work schedule was a blessing. I was able to get in there at 7:45 and be out the door and on my way to work a little after 8:00. If that didn't work, evening appointments were possible. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I have nothing negative to say about my entire experience. Getting braces, especially as an adult, is not easy. I did not think I'd make it through the first week, but Dr. Vaysman said I would get used to it and it would get better ... and it did. If you are ready to take the plunge and get braces, you will not regret leaving your teeth in the care of Dr. Vaysman. She will give you the smile you were meant to have!! Thank you Dr. Vaysman!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vaysman and the entire Upper Eastside Orthodontists team.

When searching for the perfect orthodontist that matched what I was looking for, I came across Upper Eastside Ortho and I'm soooo glad to have been put in their hands. Dr. Vaysman did an excellent job. She is very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to each patient and their specific needs. Her staff took great care of me, and made me feel very comfortable and happy to be there.

I recommend Upper Eastside Orthodontists to EVERYONE because the care you receive there, you just can't find anywhere else!

I had great experince and happy with results that Dr. Vaysman and her team provided. I highly recommend her service. First consultation appoitment that I had went smoothly and I left the office knowing I will get treatment from Dr. Vaysman. All appoitments were never delayed and when I had an emergency visit I was seen that day.

I had a great experience throughout my treatment! Dr. Vaysman was very clear in all the treatment process. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Appointments were always on time and I always received a remindered via phone and email about my appointment. Overall i would recommend Dr. Vaysman to anyone.

very patient and professional. My kid went there for more than 3 years for treatment, during the process, Dr. Vaysman is very patient and tried to do the job perfectly so there are numerous delays to the scheduled finish day which was a inconvenience but it says something about her professionalism and insistence on quality. we are very happy with the result.

the office is in very convenient location and very clean and cozy, just don't feel like a dental clinic, the staff is kind and helpful. the appointment is always kept strictly on time, we did not have to wait to start the treatment which is not the case in other dental places.

they send you email alert once and phone alert twice before each appointment to make sure you don't forget,

the price is very reasonable considering the result and the experience.

Great Staff & Great Service!!!!. Since that was my second time wearing braces, I was very deliberate in choosing a proper orthodontic treatment. I was fortunate to find Dr. Vaysman. During my consultation, she explained all my options, how much it would cost, and how long the treatment would approximately take. Both Dr. Vaysman and her staff were very nice and competent. Everyone in the office knows exactly what they are doing. Almost no wait time while you are in the office, easy to schedule an appointment, Dr. Vaysman and staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and the payment plan is very transparent. My teeth look great in almost no time! I could not be happier with the results! I would recommend Dr. Vaysman to anyone who wants to get a great smile.

Great Staff & Excellent Results. Having orthodontic treatment as an adult is not fun. I knew I needed my teeth fixed and I wanted it done right the first time. Dr. Vaysman is honest---she tells you exactly what YOU NEED. No up sell, no unrealistic promises. It is the real deal. My teeth look great--I couldn't be happier!

The staff is great too! After being a patient for a year, my insurance was not accepting the claim. Her staff quickly took action, communicated with my insurance company and made sure that I did not have to pay out of my pocket. I also like how she gave me the full price upfront. Meaning, there were no hidden charges or additional fees for my night guards or permanent retainer.

Great staff, excellent results--I have referred her to two friends and both love their new teeth too!

The highest praise for Dr Vaysman and her team.. The treatment I received at Dr Vaysman's hands has been highly professional and exceptionally competent. My experience with her practice has been stellar from start to finish, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

After a year and a half of invisalign treatment my teeth are now just perfect. I wish I had done it sooner. There is a natural hurdle to getting started, but five minutes into my first appointment it was clear to me that I was in excellent hands.

Her staff were incredibly welcoming each time and knew my name from the very beginning. They patiently answered all my questions even in the later stages of the treatment. In addition, Dr Vaysman herself was available to respond to questions by email, and very rapidly at that.

Crazy as this may sound, I actually looked forward to my appointments each time. The practice's waiting area is pleasant and even better, I never actually had to wait!

For job reasons I moved away from New York City during my treatment, which complicated things a bit. But Dr Vaysman was very flexible and several times went out of her way to accommodate my personal circumstances.

Finally, the payment plan is completely transparent, and there were no unexpected charges later on in the treatment. I got exactly what I was told during the first appointment, and couldn't be happier with the results.
