Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain..
In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

So much for corporate dining.
I don't usually like these big corporate dine-holes. However, my boyfriend had never been here before so I decided to let him have a taste. Mind you he is spoiled with fine foods and wine no matter where we go. So here we are at a generic cheesecake factory. We were seated inappropriately near the bar, which was too small for 2 people considering we had bread, water, drinks, and appetizers at the table. Food came out promptly which was nice, I had the tuna salad and Marc got some shrimp club sandwich which was overbearing and exhausting. My tuna was frozen beyond belief and I only felt bad for the waitress who was GREAT at giving the SAME spiel to all her tables. I had been in the service industry for quite sometime, so I was indecisive about their gargantuant menu and disappointed with the overall service, from host, mgr., staff, and cleanliness.
