I booked a Hummer H2 for my bachelorette party and when we arrived, the dvd/cd player did not work. The driver couldnt even get it to function. On top of that- shortly after entering the limo, the driver proceeded to drive into NEW JERSEY, when I clearly stated at the time of booking that we were to drive around Manhattan, and attend a club in the city. The limo was only supposed to drop us off in Jersey at the END of the NIGHT!! By the time we got back to the ciity, we had to go straight to the club. and THEN to top it all off, the next morning we get a very rude call from the company telling us that they are charging us over $1000 for breaking the DVD player!!! When we tried to explain that the player was already broken, we were met with more rudeness.....DO NOT use this company!!!!

This is a horrible company!! I have a wedding this May (less than 2 months), I booked in January, knowing that it is a busy prom day, and I asked 2 of their employees if they were going to cancel on me. They called me up stating that the CONFIRMED trip was going to be cancelled because they had a trip in the system before mine. When I asked to see the booking the "was in the system before mine" they mysteriously could not do it. These guys are liars and i would not suggest using this shady company for anything... They'll probably end up robbing you anyway.
