NO STRESS!!! ...and nothing broken!

NO STRESS!!! ...and nothing broken! It seems like customer service and personal touch have gone by the wayside in today's society. I was very impressed with the way I was treated by Bobby from the time I contacted them for a quote until the moment they delivered my belongings safe and sound. Definitely recommend them!!!

The company was great. My move was a small move. These guys quoted me a price which was half of all the others. The representative told me about all the costs involved and my price was actually LOWER than what was quoted!! I was surprised so I tipped well. These guys were quick, efficient, early for the move and good guys. The only thing I can critique them on is that they were a bit rougher with 1 item than I would have liked. Other than that, great move and great price!

It took several months from the time I first contacted them for an estimate and when I was finally ready to make the move. Over that time I worked with Alexander, Nick, Daniel and Nicole. All were most helpful, courteous and professional. I am glad I selected this company. Both pickup and delivery were on time with what I had been told. The driver that picked up my belongings was wonderful. The two guys who wrapped the furniture and loaded the truck did an excellent job. Everything arrived looking like it did when it was picked up. I did my own packing and not everything is unpacked, but the boxes and tubs arrived with no damage. I certainly appreciated the driver, who drove to destination; keeping me up to date on expected arrival time (I think his name was Paula but not sure). The person who was at the destination for delivery was impressed with the way everything was wrapped and with the way things were unloaded and put in the house. After living in our home for 20 years we trusted our move to Certified Movers ------ 866-386-4410 – THE BEST New York City MOVERS..It was the easiest part of moving. We hired Certified Movers ------ 866-386-4410 – THE BEST New York City MOVERS. Packing team to pack our 3100 sq ft home. Amazingly, they finished by lunch. They confirmed the appointment for 7:00AM, in advanced, and arrived early! They charged an hourly fee, but the client gets to start the clock----- they unloaded the packing materials, got organized, toured the home, and discussed our special needs before starting the clock. The team of 3 movers carefully and quickly packed the entire home. Besides being careful, they asked appropriate questions about how to label boxes, how we wanted clothes packed (folded or hung); they used some of our left-over packing materials. They were very precise in charging us for the amount of packing material. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE ALL THE PACKING DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY!!! The Moving Team was equally quick and efficient. They worked very quickly. I was very impressed with Certified Movers ------ 866-386-4410 – THE BEST New York City MOVERS.

I highly recommend NY Movers – Certified Movers . They arrived on time and were courteous. They were careful and protective with our furniture and nothing was damaged. The movers were professional, careful, and very reasonable. Their quote was very competitive and the final cost was right on the estimate. We would happily use them again.
