BEWARE. Based on my horrific experiences, I would never hire this company again. Work that should have been completed within 2 months from contract signing date became a year long ordeal that caused major disruptions and inconveniences to me and my family members lives and is still not completed.

Failed to complete the work in the timeframe specified in the contract. The work I paid for is faulty, below acceptable quality and standards and have not been completed. Created hazardous conditions on my property. Failed to respond to my numerous attempts to communicate with them to get resolve. Unprofessional conduct and unfair business practices have made this company one that I cannot continue to do business with.

The owner, Leo Pertrosillo, showed up within one hour to sign the contract and take my money in August, 2011 and never showed up again. Staff came without supervision and did work that failed inspection four times. He did not have the professionalism or common decency to come and oversee the job progress or discuss the long inexcusable delays and violations of building codes with me. Left my family without access to our front entrance for over five months during the winter. They demonstrated the company lacks professionalism, customer service and empathy towards customers. Damaged our property and left hazardous conditions. We cannot continue living with these hazardous and ugly conditions and have no other choice but to hire a new contractor to complete the job.

Great Service/ Great Price. Rightway Construction +Roofing recently came to repair some "exposed areas" on my roof and sealed my skylights, both were due to old age and common wear. They were very prompt, affordable, did a great job and I'm very happy with their service, I will definitely work with them in the future!

I would give them 10 stars if I could.. RITEWAY ROOFING -- the guys at RITEWAY -- had to work pretty hard to earn this 5 star rating. I had previously left less favorable reviews due to not having been able to get a resolution on some problems I had with other builders and I'm a tough critic. HOWEVER... My experience couldn't have been better and it couldn't have been easier.

Prompt Service. Riteway called me back promptly when I left a message about a leak. He came out with an hour, determined that the roof was fine, but the furnace unit had been installed improperly by Energy King and was leaking. He also did noticed no flashing under the tile that they did and recommended we fix that at some point. He did not even charge us for this visit. What a professional. He knows what he is doing. Even photographed the problem for us.

roof done the right way!. This roofer is the absolute best in terms of quality and professionalism. I had a huge leak from a competitor of his that performed the original work and the team found numerous deficiencies in the installation of not only the deck but also the application of the roof tiles. I would recommend his service and work to anyone looking for a good product.

Quick, curteous, great value.

Very fast in looking at our problem and resolving it, at a fair price. Very neat.

Contractor was knowledgeable and did perfome good work.

Really great work! My roof and chimney are perfect.... What a great job you did. I never write reviews but you deserve it, and I'm going to refer you to my neighbor and tell everyone how happy i am with my new roof. Changing the color of the shingles was such a great idea, its like a whole different house. I've had 3 people tell me how nice it looks already. Nice job on restoring my chimney, it gives me such peace of mind...

Amazing quality and outstanding service. About a year ago my roof started showing signs of leakage after a series of storms. Me and my wife immediately went around looking into various roofing companies to get some work done. Friends of ours directed us to a well known business from the tri-state area, but they were out of our price range. After calling a few more companies in the area, we came across A Riteway Construction.

At first we were skeptical, but after getting an honest quote without any extra services that weren't needed, we felt as though A Riteway would be the ones for the job. Their prices, service, and customer support were outstanding. Our new roof was completed in a timely matter without issues. My wife and I would like to thank them again for amazing quality and work.

Riteway did a great job on my new roof!. I have to say that these guys are pro's. I really appreciate how much care and attention to detail they took. They made sure that every bit of debris was removed, they even took some old sheetrock and some pallets that had become an eyesore. In the end I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service at a fair price. I'm going to use them to waterproof my basement and when i'm ready to do new siding I'll be calling them too.

Overall, I can't say enough great things about the experience I had with them, they were teriffic!

Avoid them at all cost. My wife found them on the yellow page for a roof repairing job. (We have Spanish tile roof, and it was leaking at a couple spots)

The sales rep came and did presentation for us. They sound like a professional company, so we award the project to them for roof maintenance with 2 year warranty. Our nightmare started.

The first day they came, they were about 3 hours late. They rush through the job. Two weeks later, when there was another heavy rain, my roof still leaking. It took them not once, not twice, but sixth time to correct the problem. (Each time, it was very painful to get an appointment. They have never on time. Sometime, the appointment was scheduled, but they do not show up at all) Well it worked for half year, now my roof is leaking again.

I have worked with a lot of contractor in the past 5 years. (I have purchased a couple old houses) Riteway construction is by far the worse company I have ever deal with.
