In Short – Mention the name Phillip Lim to any fashionista and most likely you'll hear an enthusiastic "I LOVE Phillip Lim!" The New York designer has such devoted fans for a reason: his avant-garde designs somehow combine hard geometric shapes and with a soft, girly aesthetic, creating a look that is clean, sophisticated and slightly edgy. The store is almost as beautiful as the clothes--the men's and women's lines are displayed in a large, modern space with a wall of corrugated oak and a chandelier of dangling lit orbs. –
