Rip Off
by bigbeergut
This place is an absolute rip off. The food is just okay, which is a lot better than most Mexican in NYC I will admit. But the prices are absurd. They charge four bucks for chips and salsa. I would boycott on that basis alone. Stay away!
- Pros: Food is okay which is saying a lot for NYC Mexican food
- Cons: Price, portion size
Not Americanized Mexican
by bchbumnyc
A lively place with a friendly staff and a great atmosphere. No complaints about the food only the size of the servings. Don't be so stingy!
- Pros: great food
- Cons: small portions
Brilliant Margaritas, great food
by Mellorstein
We were touched by the very warm, friendly service. The food is great (try the spicy red guacamole) and the frozen Margaritas are the best in town. This is our new favorite in the Theater District.
- Pros: Delicious food, charming service
- Cons: Can be crowded at cocktail hour
