AWFUL from start to finish...

I've been to several BWW locations throughout the country- what can I say I love wings. This place is HORRENDOUS. I wonder if management even knows what is going on. Me and the boys were in on Monday night at 8:30pm. First off the place was EMPTY while Applebees was packed- bad sign. The bar was out of Sam, Stella, Michelob, Blue Moon and one other (thats like a quarter of their selection). Our "waitress" Stephanie took her dear old time getting to us (20 minutes), so bad that I had to get up, walk over to another waitress and ask for help. She "didn't want to step on any toes" so she couldn't help us. Steph took our drink order and then proceeded to bring one drink at a time- for 6 of us. The food was fine. The service was awful and oh, the tables were a mess. Empty ketchups, no silverware, no napkins, no chance I'm coming back to this hole.
