The Scene: Lelabar is an elegant but casual wine room located on Hudson Street in the vibrant West Village neighborhood in Manhattan. Our bar is simply and tastefully designed with warm tones, tin ceilings and custom iron work. The space is anchored by the large oval bar where patrons gather to enjoy fine wines, delicious fare, and intimate atmosphere. A central chalkboard informs our guests of daily wine and food specials, upcoming events and wine flights. Behind our bar you will find one or more of our team of passionate sommeliers who are all well experienced in matching wine and people. The entire wine list is available by the glass with a purchase of two glasses from that bottle. continously great service. I've been here couple of times and each and every time we received excellent service, not to speak about the great wine selection they have. I love their reds in which i always try a new brand to try to find my favorite one. When i think i found it they always manage to top my list with another delicious one. nice for parties. i went to a friend's birthday party to Lelabar and all of us had a wonderful time. Wine and bites were tasty, fresh, and delicious. loved their assorted cheese plate and pate with a heavy bodied red wine (forgot the name but will ask next time). This was my first time here and didn't know about the place, since it's not in a very busy walking area, but sure to come back again.…

classy, intimate bar. Great, mellow ambiance for a date or few friends to hang out after work. the wine selection is good and extensive. Staff was polite and helpful, which we were very happy about becasue none of us is an expert in wines. had a fantastic Cabarnet blend and stuck to it all night along with a meat and cheese charcuterie board. all of us had a lovely time!…
