Unbelievably terrible service.... I appreciate the fact that this place just opened and is 24 hours for all of my late night sober-up coffee and weekend sundae needs...this being said...

It is UNBELIEVABLE how hard the guys behind the counter make their jobs look. I asked for a Reeses sundae, described to every last detail on the menu board in the back, something you would imagine someone who needed the help would refer to...No.

I ended up with some totally wrong concoction after I had repeated 4 different times R E E S E S S U N D A E and pointed to the description. Also, the guy couldn't figure out how to work the chocolate pumps and needed assistance at the register. What exactly is he being paid for again?

It shocks me that it seems like the easier a job is, the worse it gets done and the higher the rate of error. I'm still waiting for Baskin Robbins to get something right...But I'm not holding my breath.
