I couldnt help but get on and share my experience at Color Tanning with others. I went in knowing that they were pricey from other reviews ive read, but was pleasantly suprised at how well they take care of each person. The cute girl in the front knew weveryones name that came in and spent time with each person trying to figure out which bed would be better for them for that specific day. She made sure the room was clean and set up for me to go in and walked me through each button and explained the difference between machines. She was very well educated on skin and on each piece of tanning equipment. I havent had service like this in years from anywhere in NYC. I loved it!
Pros: Absolutely flawless service
Cons: You can only tan once every 24 hours

I made an appointment for a spray tan and gave my credit card number to hold it after I was told there was no cancellation policy. When I called to cancel (several days in advance) I was never issued a credit. I was told the money ($100) could be used towards future services. When I explained that I was told there was no cancellation and I wanted my money back she said she would issue me a credit. Long story short after several phone calls and promises they haven't issued it and the manager is out of town and the owner, David is nowhere to be found and can not be reached. I am done trying to work it out with Color. I have taken this issue up with my credit card company. If you like being cheated out of money and wasting your time with phone calls to people who tell you one thing but mean another, have it - Color is the place for you.
