Worst Place ever
by PaulCan
By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food sucked and when I asked about my 10 dollar single rum and coke it looked liked things might get violent. For a horrible mean and worse service they had the ### to add a 20 percent automatic tip to the bill. Never go hear. The people who have written positive reviews own the restaurant.
great food, service needs work

The food was amazing! The atmosphere was nice, they had a live pianist playing. The wine was fabulous! The service in general was good, lots of busboys, however our waiter was horrible. I ended up having to ask the busboy a question because after taking our order the waiter disappeared. I was ready to go to the hostess and complain because we couldn't even get our check! It was from another busboy that we got the check, oh but you can be the sure the waiter came to pick up his tip! Which I can assure you, was not great! The worst part of the service was that the place was dead, I mean there were maybe 4 other tables.
If you are having a romantic dinner ask to sit in the booth or in the front by the windows, the main room was large and a little noisy. Also be careful because I think this place gets a lot of large parties, they had some table set up from earlier for like 15 people! So the noise must be much worse sometimes. Overall I loved the food, but I would not return due to the poor service and the lack of any reason for it. When we left we noticed that our waiter had been hanging out with the hostess at the front door the whole time.
Service is not worth the money. But if you don't mind having to ask a busboy to get your waiter, the food was great! Many menu choices, the filet mignon was as good as any steakhouse, and the sea bass was amazing. They also had many pasta dishes that looked delish. The portions are large as well.
- Pros: Great food
- Cons: Poor waiter service
Great, fresh Italian food and service
by barefootcontessa
There were six of us in the group on a Monday night. We were warmly greeted by the matre'd. The place is quiet, perfect for a get together. We had wine, cocktails, antipasta, main entree, and the entire bill came out to less than 60 per person. The ingredients were fresh. Order early, if you want seafood, because the crusted tuna was sold out by the time we ordered. I recommend the Filetto di Sogliola - fillet of sole almondine. It was cooked just right with a touch of white wine.
- Pros: big portions
