Good Service. Rafael's Pool Service & Maintenance, Professionals returned my call for service request within minutes and scheduled service call the next day. Rafael diagnosed the problem with my Hayward pool heater very quickly and replaced the ignition control. Price for parts & labor was extremely reasonable. Knowledgeable, courteous service. I will contact them again for my pool service needs. Wonderful company. I am so glad I found them.

Unreliable, Discourteous, Unprofessional. This pool company is a disgrace. They are completely unreliable.

First, my husband made two separate appointments with Rafael. He didn't show up to either one. We risked, leaving our fence door unsecured, both times to give his staff access to our backyard and they didn't even call to cancel. Then they showed up on a random day without notifying us and without the proper equipment to do the job.

The only reason we called him was because he installed our pool and used the cheapest lining possible It wasn't even installed properly. We have huge wrinkles in the bottom of our pool. Every year he needs to use a blower to smooth out the wrinkles, before we can use it. He needs to invest in communication skills and business etiquette.

I could see this business going down the drain.

He needs to stop being so greedy, and doing choppy jobs. Stop hiring inexperienced, clueless people.

wow I am awed. I have never seen such rain in my life, naturally I was putting in a built in pool, in a low area. Rafael's staff worked every day, before, during and in the rain. I am in awe at the work, the mess is unbelieveable and these gentlemen clean as they go. I did not have to call Rafael once, they took over and did everything without my having to inspect a thing. I highly recommend Rafael and his staff. They are without a doubt the best, best prices, best work and a pure please to have had them give me and my family a new pool.

Worst pool service company. left my pool without service during 4th of July. They try to charge you for things their unprofessional and dishonest workers damage.

Completely Satisfied. I had a pool installed by Rafael right before Memorial Day and I couldn't be happier. He told me four days from start to finish and he was done on time. I had 5 other pool companies come by and give me quotes and Rafael gave me the best price with the most upgrades. I have a Heyward filter, Aqua Rite salt water generator and the heater is AMAZING I couldn't believe how fast the pool reached 85 degrees. I wanted the pool installed in one area and Rafael suggested another area - at first I wasn't too convinced but I am glad I took his advice we have so much more room for my kids to run around. I couldn't be happier we had a positive experience and I am glad we chose Rafael. I highly recommend him.

Seems like he only wants large jobs. I called this company for an estimate, he seemed like the 22k quote he gave me was a small job. The equipment that was included in the job was at best 2nd rate (sand filter, no name heater )and he seemed as he was rushing and did not have time to fully answer all of my questions.

Now we all know that times are hard and 22k for a pool and not including the electrical,plumbing, concrete, removal of the existing concrete... well all this can add up... so an educated customer is the best customer... he actually wanted to charge an additional 1800.00 to remove 100 square feet of concrete.... that's 180.00 a square foot!!!!

The best is that he has 2 young ladies answering the phones and neither one knows what the other is promising.... Sorry but some other pool company got the job.... same price, no extra for removing the concrete and 1000% more professional than Rafael's

Unreliable & Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 3 pm. The motley crew arrived 4 hours late and I saw no professionalism there. There was no call to let me know they are late, not a word of apology. Do not waste your time, all these reviews cannot be wrong.

Extremely unreliable. I used these guys last year to open and when they were done , I found a ton of leaves at the bottom of the pool. I only saw it after they left so shame on me. I disregarded it and let them close my pool with no incidents. Last week, I called them to open my pool and they had to drain the water and clean the lining. No problem there but they said they would come the next day to add chemicals after pool was filled again. That was on a Thursday and they didnt show until Tuesday after several messages were left on their answering machine. Memorial Day weekend no less so no pool for the kids. Anyway, just a bit of advice....find someone else to deal with......

dishonest pool service co.. Unfotunately i had the bad luck in dealing with this company for one year for the weekly service for my pool, it was a total nightmare as these guys only experience is vaccuming but when it came to chemical balance or any other technical matter, it was guess work.
