Big Improvement!. I originally had a poor experience at this salon, but I did go back for a regular manicure/pedicure and had a completely different experience.

I went in early, at 9:30 when they opened, it wasn't rushed or crowded, I had a very relaxing pedicure followed by the best manicure I've ever had and it hasn't even chipped at all! I do agree it is pricy BUT if its clean, relaxing, and your nails look better longer, then I think it's definitely worthwhile! I would definitey go and ask for JULIE! She's great.

Atrocious. I gave this salon a try since it was new and had a decent selection of nail colors. I was wrong. The manicurist that I unfortunately ended up with was rude and gave the worst service I ever had, which is saying a lot since I try new salons all the time.

The moment she saw a customer that she was "friends" with, she rushed through my nails, applying a glob of top coat, bubbles and creases forming on practically each nail. I address this to her and she proceeded to rush through fixing them. When she seated me to a dryer, she threw my purse on the table with an attitude.

She attended to her "friend", sucking up to her daughter and taking her time doing her nails. This place deserves no stars but I give one star to the front desk employee who noticed that I was displeased. She assigned another manicurist to me who, noticing how awful my manicure looked, did my nails all over again. I spent 2 hours at a salon due to an employee's careless, atrocious and rude behavior towards me.

Do you think a $9 manicure is worth it at Floris? I think the answer is crystal clear.

best nail place, ever. It is ALWAYS immaculate (not clean, IMMACULATE) at floris. The people are friendly and accomodating, and the service is great. Yes, the prices are high but it is worth it, your manicure does not chip in a day like it does elsewhere, and like they say- you get what you pay for.

Overpriced and fails in Comparison to Floris in Croton. I went there to get one nail fixed and while I'll admit, that's not a lot to base an experience on...

I've been going to Floris in Croton for months now and LOVE it. So my expectations are high.

This place was dirty - Nail clippings etc on nail station (Gross!) and they charged me $10 to fix on nail! Even though it's only $60 for a full set.

Long story short - pass on this one! The service is not worth the prices!
