worst service ever. I gave them my watch to be fixed. They told me they would email me an estimate. The estimate was over 800.00 dollars. It was riduculis, so I declined its been over two weeks. I still have not received my watch back . They keep telling me its in transit. The repair department is in long island city. Do not take any thing there to be repaired I still have not received my watch back yet. When I spoke to one of there customer service representitives she was laughing on the phone I guess she thought it was funny. Bring your jewelery somewhere else.
