Non Resident. I am new to the US and had to file something called Non Resident taxes. I attempted to fill out the forms myself, but US tax law proved to be beyond my grasp. I looked around at a few places and apparently it was beyond their's as well because they did not know how to do it either. Eventually I was able to find an H&R Block on 31st St. that could do the Non Resident taxes. They were very pleasant and made it as simple and painless as possible. If I find myself needing to do this again next year I'll save myself some time and just go straight to 31st St.
