These People Suck!

The Positive:.My shirts come back nicely cleaned without bad smells. The Negative..These people are highly unreliable. They rarely pick up or deliver on time. They often send clothes back piecemeal, delivering some pieces on one day, and others on another, without ever telling you in advance that they are doing so. I just scheduled a pickup online, and have been waiting over a week for the clothes. I just spoke with my doorman, and he advised that they never even picked up the bag. The bag is sitting in the doorman's area. I'm steaming. They had confirmed pickup, never showed, and now I'm stuck without clean clothes. The last time they screwed me, they promised me a $20 credit on my next order. They never gave it to me. I'm breaking up with Green Apple Cleaners immediately.

By far the best Cleaners around. Green Apple cleaned my beautiful hand bag that had red ink leaked thru to the front of the bag...Green Apple gave it a try and what I got back is a brand new hand bag. I've had such good experiences with Green Apple. They pick up and deliver to my building daily which is a huge plus. I trust them 100% to do a great job on all my cleaning.

Beware of Using for Fur or Leather Care!

I made the mistake of bringing my leather jacket to the local Green Apple in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I wanted it cleaned and conditioned. It came back dried out and cracked--I salvaged it by getting help from the local shoemaker. Thought I would give them one more try, and stored my Mother's mink coat there. Bad decision! They never responded to my questions about repairs and prices, it took 8 months, and threats of legal action to get the coat back, and it was returned in worse condition than before--lining wrinkled, etc. Do not use this company, in any location, for anything!

THE WORST EVER

Don't say I didn't warn you. Green Apple has had my wedding dress for three months. I've called eight times, been promised delivery, updates, etc. Nothing. No apologies, no explanations, NO DRESS. If you want to avoid stress, wasting time and having to go to small claims court, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
