I'm very pleased with Bermeo and their business practices. I hired them to manage my rental property in New Jersey and I have not been disappointed. I've had a lot of experience working with various management companies and I wouldn't have hired them if they weren't so good at what they do.

I'm a rental property owner living out of state and I needed a good property management company I could trust. I am fortunate to have found Bermeo Property Management, as they have been doing an excellent job. My tenants have had no complaints about their management and I've had no problems either. I recommend them as a great property management company.

Borneo manages my building and it's been great. They really care for the residents here, and they handle everything from every interior maintenance to things like snow removal. I have been happy living in this building.

There was an after hours problem with our unit and it was handled quickly as though it was just another day time call. I really appreciated their dedication t resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The residence they manage for me is well taken care of. They are great to communicate any updates or changes. Rent is always on time and the tenants are good as well.

Thanks. I was very pleased to find that these managers make regular repairs and take good care of their tenants. This will take some getting used to but I am very pleased!

happy here!. I am very pleased with the assistance and patience they displayed during my unit selection. I loved that personal care initially and they have been responsive to calls for maintenance and questions. I like the place and think I will be happy here for a while.
