Waste of Time

Don't even waste your time! I called and gave them my info, received a quote and scheduled the appointment for the following day. I then get a call the morning of and they informed me that they misplaced details of my quote. I gave them the info again and reconfirmed they would be at my house between 12 and 3 to install. At 2:55 pm, I receive a call stating that their truck apparently had "mechanical failure" and they needed to reschedule! This was a complete waste of my time!
