I was panicking because I didn't think any companies would come over to my house on Thanksgiving day to clean my carpets. It was an emergency and I didn't know what tot do. I called my usual company and they didn't have anyone in the field. I called Oriental and they had someone over in 45 minutes! I was incredibly impressed. They steamed my carpets on the spot and I had my apartment sparkling in time for lunch! Thank you!

Amazing Service! When your rugs are dirty the whole room looses its shine. Oriental Rug Care NY restored that shine to my rooms. They cleaned my rugs using an organic and green cleaning method. They got all the stains out and put in new padding and now my oriental rugs look wonderful!

They Turned My Rugs Around. Our rugs were so dirty following a recent party at the house. What had happened was it rained that day and people were in an out the house tracking diirty muddy shoes and feet on the rug. We needed help and fast. We called Oriental rug cleaning for a tough rug cleaning job. Well they worked that rug and now it looks great. Next party will have a rain date.

Water Damage Clean Up.. The tank on the toilet in the upstairs bathroom cracked open when we were out for dinner. We came home to a mess downstairs. Water soaked rugs, not to mention the ceiling damage. We called Oriental Rug Care NY to soak up the water. They came out and that evening and did a great job of drying are rugs. Came out in the evening. Great.

I will defiantly use them again. I had to use Oriental Rug Care cleaners after my son's 5th birthday party.

I had 20 kids in my house and you can imagine how the carpet looked like.

A guy came in, did a wonderful job on the carpet, left it stainless and asked for a very fair price.

Fast & Reliable. I spilled wine on my friend’s sofa. I sent Oriental Rug Care NY over to clean it. They did such a good job that I had them over to my house the next week, to clean my rug and sofa.

Worth the price, Excellent work. Oriental Rug Care NY was definitely worth their price. My home is important to me and I don’t mind paying for quality cleaning, however Oriental Rug Care NY was less expensive and they did a better job than other upholstery cleaners that I have used.

The carpet in my house reeked of dog. I couldn’t get rid of the odor until I called Oriental Rug Care NY. I was glad that I didn’t have to re-carpet my house.

Great experience with Oriental Rug Care. My oriental carpet has been in my family for years. I had a party at my house and it got a little out of hand. I had Luxury Carpet NY clean up several stains that would have stayed there forever, as a reminder of one bad night.
