This is a franchise system and runs on an old bait and switch rug cleaning model. They come pick up your rug and their estimator will always tell you it is more expensive than what they told you on the phone, the receptionist is polite and quotes a price and when they come by, they hit you with a triple digit increase, complete with old school reasons why it is three times more expensive. So they dragged my carpet out unrolled it on the dirty garage way after a rain to show me, despite me telling them no thanks. Now the rug is far dirtier than it was before. Thanks for nothing Oriental Rug Care NY! Stay far away from these scammers and look for someone who is honest and doesn't try the old tricks that these guys do.

Fantastic! That's what I have to say. I never ever thought I was going to be able to get the pet stains out of my carpeting and I was right. So I gave up and called Oriental Rug Care NY and I was amazed. They not only got the stains out of my carpets but they got rid of the odor and now my carpets are practically shining!

Hurricane Sandy destroyed everything! My car was hit by a tree trunk and I lost electricity and internet! It was so horrible! My basement was completely flooded and I watched as the mildew and rot started creeping up my walls. I called several places but Oriental Rug Care NY was the only company that was able to make it out to my house.

I had no electricity, so when they came with a gas-run water pump I couldn't even describe my elation. They cleaned up everything! The got rid of the water, cleaned the mold and mildew, removed my old disgusting carpets and cleaned the floors and walls spotless. It was amazing! Thank you thank you thank you so much!

Loved them! It was so fast and easy! Honestly, I never thought anyone was going to be able to get out the stains in my carpet, but they did! It was an on the spot cleaning and they were done in less then an hour. It was a great service and I was really happy with everything!

So happy with the results! Oriental Rug Care NY had great service. They got rid of that particularly tough stain on my Persian rug and they cleaned up the water damage on the bottom of the rug. It finally doesn't have that strange musty smell and it looks so much brighter. Thank you!

Wonderful work! Oriental Rug Care NY restore my antique Persian rug. It was falling apart and the idea of getting rid of it broke my heart. they did some repairs and restoration work and now it looks so good!!

Couldn't be happier. Oriental Rug Care Ny got out all the stains and they fixed a tear at the corner from my sofa. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Was very very happy with the work. I have 1 year old twins and they both make quite a mess on my rugs. I had every stain you can think of and Oriental Rug Care NY got rid of every single one! I was super pleased! Two thumbs up!

Great Job! Love these guys! I have three dogs and they completely ruin the carpets in my house on a daily basis. I have Oriental come and clean my rugs monthly and I'm so happy every time. Definitely give them a call!!

They Pick Up Your Oriental Rugs. Our oriental rugs needed to be cleaned. We investigated many different companies and found Oriental Rug Care to be best. They picked up our rugs and returned them clean. The rugs were not damaged and we were very happy with the results.
