I was asked to write a review of my experience with Prudential Van Lines and the service provided during my move. First I want to thank Joe for being so helpful with everything; he is a wonderful person to deal with and made my move go very smooth. Next Chino and his crew were terrific very fast but careful with our things making sure to wrap everything with pads. My overall experience was great and I will tell all my friends and family about the service.

My move with Prudential Van Lines last month was a very good experience and stress free. Peter at the office was very helpful and explain to me the detail of my move. Chino the Foreman arrived on time with his crew on the scheduled date. They were very polite and friendly, all my items was loaded to their track very careful and professionally. Great moving company! Highly recommended!

I never used professional movers before and every step of my experience with Prudential Van Lines was simple and pleasant. Joe the Sales rep was very polite over the phone and gave me a great service. On the move day Chino the Forman and his crew arrived on time and were incredible professional and nice. Not only they were fast and reliable, they were so friendly that the doorman in my new apartment thought that they were actually my friends and not a moving specialists! Highly recommended!

I would definitely use Prudential Van Lines again and will recommend to my friends. Next time I may even add the option of packing my belongings with them. Joe at the office was very nice and helpful. Oscar the Forman and his movers were very polite, professional, and nice. They showed up on time and showed respect for my property and belongings. They protected everything adequately. I have no complaints! I had a great experience. Thank you for making my move so much easier!

super helpful, cool and funny as all hell. The price was the best I found after searching 5 other places but the customer service both online and in person just put the icing on the cake
