horrible place to go. I brought my boyfriend to Ocha and then totally destroy that night. The food is unbelieveably expensive and totally not inspiring. Even further, it is not Japanese food at all. The service is horrible. I have to push them so many time to get my food and my rice. I think their website is somehow misleading, so be careful!!

fast delivery, amazing food. I just had my delivery " Snow Moutain Roll". It's amazing. It was way beyond my expections for special rolls like that. This was the third time I ordered from them. Their delivery was fast. The price was reasonable. That's why i keep ordering from them.

BTW, I'm gonna try their " pre-theatre" menu, which it says $22.95 for 6 courses. (the price is really attractive for me)

Try their Lunch Bento Box. I ordered Lunch Bento box twice from their web site. The website looks great. I do not have any problem with my orders. Their delivery is fast (less than 30 minitus).

Fresh but average and rather overpriced. Service is terrific. Menu is totally uninspired. There are many better choices in the area, notably Haru. Rather empty, which says a lot.

Impossible. I just tried to place a lunch order for delivery, first through their website - which was an absolute disaster because it doesn't work. And second, via phone with one of the most obnoxious, uninformed and uninterested people I have ever spoken with.

The prices on the website are all wrong, delivery was quoted at 1.5 hours, it's unfortunate that good delivery sushi in midtown does not exist.

BEWARE-there are 2 seperate menus-one for lunch and one for dinner, although the staff doesnt point that out to you!. BEWARE, if you dine for lunch there, they do have 2 seperate menus-one for lunch and one for dinner. Although the waitress wont tell you that! It was very quiet there on a Monday at 2:30pm. We were handed the menus and my sisters and I thought it was a little pricey for lunch but hey, that is NYC, right? We ordered. The food was good, the service was fine. We lingered at the restaurant for quite a while. We were just about to pay the bill when another couple came in, sat down and as the waitress walked away from them they asked her to bring them the "lunch menu" I went up to the front and pick one up and when looked at it the stuff we ordered was on the lunch menu for $5 to $10 cheaper. I spoke to the manager and as I was talking to him the waitress came flying up to the table, very defensive and I said "I GAVE THEM ALL THE MENUS" She said she put all the menus on the table, but we pick up the menus given to us and we ordered off the dinner menu. She never stated she had lunch specials. She never pointed it out to us. The manager wasnt that helpful or interested. He offered to take 10% off the bill, one of my sisters looked at him like he was crazy, so he said 15%. Now, this incident alone will cause me to not go back to this restaurant again. Like I said the food was fine and the service was fine but at the end when you discover they are trying to pull one over on you, it just leaves a negative feeling inside.

Below Average. I am eating my delivery "Spicy girl sushi roll" now, and its SO below expectations for any roll over $12. I'd rather eat at Monster.
