It’s said that after death and divorce moving is the next most stressful event. On the day of our move, I went into labor with my twins. While I was in the hospital, my mother supervised the move with Shleppers. They were incredible! Everything was impeccably packed and unpacked (we didn’t have a single broken item), and Gonzalo and his crew were extremely professional, personable and patient. Shleppers was accommodating from the beginning: they provided us the flexibility to change our move date when our new apartment wasn’t finished and they also rescheduled Gonzalo’s crew to come back after I got home from the hospital to finish the unpacking. I’ve moved several times including a cross-country move, and Shleppers is by far the best. They are very fairly priced, wonderful to work with, and provide an extremely high level of service. In addition to HIGHLY recommending Shleppers, I also recommend not having a baby and moving at the same time!

We were extremely -- and if I weren't using email I would underscore and bold "extremely" -- pleased with the two jobs Shleppers did for us this past Monday and Tuesday. The crew, led by Gonzolo and comprised of Luis, Scott, Courtney and Ivan, were efficient, prompt, careful, supremely competent (and real strong!). Nothing we asked for was ever too much; their standard answer was "of course we'll do that; whatever you need." In fact, at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, at the end of a long and hard day with the snow still falling and the roads turning to ice, Gonzolo ended the job with a question: "Is there anything else we can do for you before we leave?"
