I wanted to send you a quick note since I moved last Friday with the help of Walter and Miguel. Was extremely happy with the service, they were on time, approachable, accommodating, efficient and friendly. I have already recommended Shleppers to a few of my friends since I was so impressed! Thanks to them my move went better than I expected.

Very pleased with my Shleppers move

I was very pleased with the entire team that helped me with my move – from the salesperson (Reese Jordan) to the movers (Hassan, Ahmet and Dan) that I requested the same group of movers to assist me for the second part of my move. They were all very pleasant and efficient. Should I need to, I will definitely request their help again.

Great Moving Company

I want to add my name to the growing list of Shleppers believers. What a great moving company! From start to finish Shleppers made my moving experience a pleasure. Their customer service was so helpful. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) with patience and understanding. On moving day the movers arrived early and put my mind at ease immediately. They packed my possessions with care and they worked so hard. They treated me as if I was part of their family.

I will highly recommend Shleppers to all my friends and family. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. If I ever have to move again I will definitely call Shleppers.

Local Move

This is our third (fourth?) move with Shleppers. I lose count but we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It begins with Charles Rosario, our relocation consultant. He always gets back to us within 24 hours - even on evenings or weekends and once when he was on vacation! He is highly accurate in his pricing and totally efficient when he does the inventory. There are never any surprises when we work with Charles. He's professional, friendly, and honest. We love him!

Our moving crew was also unbelievable. Our move required two trucks and we had four guys - Gonzalo, Ned, Steve, and Rich (Ricky). It was a 16-hour job and by 10 pm, 14 hours into the job, we could hear them laughing with each other as they worked their tails off to get us unpacked. They never slowed down and they clearly worked together many times before - they were a "team", got along great, and NEVER complained.

One of the guys cut his foot so bad during the move that he had to take off his shoe to relieve the pressure but he kept on working… one shoe on, one shoe off. Later, his finger got sliced and it was bleeding like crazy. We got him bandaged up and he went right on working. Now, don't think for a second that this guy was careless or clumsy. He wasn't at all but these things happen and he never complained. In fact, we were all laughing and making jokes about it. They all had such a good sense of humor. It makes all the difference.

I should also mention that we moved from one split-level to another. This was NOT an easy move for anybody but they made it look easy. The driveway at our new house is long and steep. When they backed the truck up the driveway, in the dark with 50 mph wind gusts, it took Ned behind the wheel and Gonzalo, Steve, and Ricky guiding and pushing the truck up the driveway. The truck was so heavy and the driveway was so steep, it was the only way to get it up to the garage. It was unreal!

I know this is long but we were just SO impressed with Charles and this crew that I can't help but go on about it. All of our items have been unpacked, a week later, and it's all here - no damage, nothing is missing, it's all good. If we move again, and I hope we don't for a very long time, I will call Charles Rosario first AND I'll request Gonzalo, Ned, Steve, and Ricky. My experience with Shleppers has been amazing! The people are the best! THANK YOU!!! - Julie, Seth, Ziggy, and Peaches the bulldog :-)
