IF YOU LIKE COLD FOOD ,RREALLY BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT THAN THIS IS YOUR PLACE
by lovetoeatout123
the worst food the worst service the worst management in the world
this the title of my experience
it was supossed to be a fun birthday party that turned into a nightmare on every aspect of it
the food was cold(pasta and duck),we ordered drinks and the waitres(out of serving burgers at mac donalds) without even telling us changed that order on her own without even asking us....so from cuba libres we got rum and sprite...very original
the manager handeled so bad this situation it should go in the guines book.when we voiced our concern and furstration he casually said that tonite its a bussy night for us so ......................basically f...off
i would never go back its just not worth it .......not even for the decor......
they just dont know not even a thing about running a restaurant
horrible

This place is going downhill. Won't stay open long.

The first time we went, it was quite decent although much of the pasta with the calamari appetizer was undercooked which made the noodles cruncy and unedible. The 2nd visit was a disaster. I ordered the Muscovy Duck as an appetizer and emphasized that I wanted it cooked through to at least medium. It arrived, after my guest was finished his 2 appetizers, raw inside. I ordered 2 glasses of wine, the 2nd less expensive than the 1st but was charged the same higher price for both. I ordered the chocolate cake with hazelnut ice cream and it arrived with no ice cream. The restaurant was virtually empty on a Saturday night and it was obvious why. There are much better places in the neighborhood for less money such as Park Avenue Bistro.
- Pros: Easy to get a table
- Cons: Subpar food and dishonesty in what you get.

This had to be one of best experiences in a longtime. The food was out of this world, and the presentation was excuisite. If I could choose between a 3 star restaurant and prespa, they've got my vote. My girl was so impressed she made a reservation for that same weekend. Their new chef is amazing. He had sent an organic green olive tapenade, red pepper tomato jam, and homemade pitta bread as soon as we had ordered. Everything we ordered was served right on time. we started off wih a parmesan soup and white troufles, as well as black risotto with beet carpaccio, squid ink pasta with seared calamari, smoked lobster salad, and the beet cannellon. I then had short ribs(oh so tender),slowly braised, and black cod. The black cod was simply the best fish ever because not only was it cooked just right, but the crispy and flavorful skin it was served with, as well as the refreshing jicama simply put it on a ligue of its own. And can I also tell you: it ws the friendliest service. overall a big bravooo
- Pros: great ambiance
- Cons: upstairs seatting not available on slow nights
