Absolutely love their cupcakes & More!. I don't know why people complain about this Dessert Club because I live right next door and I have absolutely been loving this place since it first opened.

I think their cupcakes are one of the best in the city. The size is just right and they have some creative flavors and jelly stuffing inside. My favorites are s'more, hazelnut and coconut.

They also have been expanding their menu to include soft serve, ice cream sandwich, cakes and even macaroons. I tried the vanilla bean soft serve and it is really creamy. Macaroon ice cream sandwich is very nice too. It is tiny but good for a quick after-dinner sweet treat.

The chocolate cake I tried is very chocolaty but tiny. Then again, I think it is perfect if you don't want to feel guilty afterwards.

Unimpressive. I tried ChikaLicious Dessert Club during the Taste of the East Village event and was not impressed. We were giving the choice of a chocolate or red velvet cupcake and one Signature Macaroon (salted caramel or rose). I went for the chocolate cupcake and thought it was dry and a bit flavorless. As for the macaroon, I tried the salted caramel and the taste just didn't jive with me and I actually didn't finish it...and it was bite sized. Oh well, at least there are many other dessert places to choose from in the city.

insane. I don't get this place. Three pudding and granny smith sorbet. Minimalistic, heck yeah, but so amazing! Puddings are unbelievably tasty. Granny smith sorbet is out of this world, perhaps the very best i've ever tasted.

Editorial Review. This spinoff of the popular East Village dessert shop offers sweet treats for take-out only.
