Great service, superb pasta. I am a misplaced Iowan currently in NYC while my husband has cancer surgery. On one particularly hard day my family and I just stumbled on Fratelli for our evening meal. The first thing that jumped out at us was the exceptional service. Everyone working here was friendly and so genuine in providing us with a relaxing dining experience. The pizza was wonderful and the dessert we had was unique and fabulous. Yes, I have been back to have the dessert again! I have gone back to Fratelli several times while my husband it recovering. Every menu item I have had has been delicious, but the pasta dishes are my personal favorites. If you love Italian food, you must visit Fratelli. I still must say that it is also the people who work at Fratelli that will make this a memorable dining experience. Their genuine interest in me and my husband's situation left me feeling like I had just found a home away from home.

meh. I spent 30 dollars on a sea bass that was too buttery and too small. The meal was completely lost in the sauce! They also brought my meal out way after everyone elses. The bread and sauce was good, but I don't recommend this place!

Amazing all around!. I love Italian food, and this was one of my favorite Italian meals ever! The thin crust pizza was fresh and delicious. The caesar salad was yum...especially the homemade croutons! The tortellini in cream sauce was delicious. The restaurant is clean with beautiful chandeliers and exposed brick walls. I was especially impressed by the marble bathroom as many NYC restaurant bathrooms can be iffy. Service was impeccable. This is a must for an Italian dinner!

Great Food, Exceptional Service.
The food is fantastic but it's the service that is so spectacular! Everyone from the owners to the waitstaff is happy to have you there. If you are looking for a great neighborhood spot, this is a MUST. I have been there with a group, as a couple and even by myself and in every circumstance, it has been a treat.
The ceasar salad is great, the pastas are wonderful and the pizza is superb.
If you are looking for a great italian place anywhere in the city, you should head to the UES for this gem!

Best new place on the Upper East Side!. Went here the other night with some friends...what a great place to have in the neighborhood! The atmosphere is fun and lively and at the same time it's a "fine dining" experience. At first it seems like a casual dining experiece buy the service and quality of the food is equal to any top dollar place. My boyfriend loved the fact that they had so many beers to choose from. Warm focaccia is served at the beginning of each meal which i loved...we all shared the calamari which was excellent and a pizza which was one of the best i've had in a long time. I then had the chilean sea bass which was fantastic....and we all shared the tiramasu for dessert which was one of the best. The staff and owners could not have been more friendly which is why i'll keep going back! I will DEFINITELY be going back to Fratelli very soon!
