Thank you Dr. Frank!. I am a dancer and I had pulled my quadriceps muscles back in October. I had gone to NYU's Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, seen a doctor specializing in dance injuries for 3 times over 5 months and gone to physical therapy once a week... and the issue was getting better but not going away. it was so frustrating....

then a friend of mine recommended Dr. Frank and it only took him 3 sessions to fix me! he was very attentive, unlike the other doctor who did not have time to answer all my questions or give me advice. he spent enough time with me and was always patient answering all my questions. more importantly i did trust his diagnosis and treatment and I was not wrong! Thank you so much Dr. Frank!

My seasonal allergies are gone!. I have suffered from seasonal allergies my entire life. I took allergy shots as a child and lived on Allegra and Claritin every Spring and Fall which made me so drowsy and made reading and concentrating for my job as a lawyer very difficult. I stared a nutrition program with Dr. Andrew Szymanski in March in anticipation of the allergy season. I have been on his supplement regimen to detoxify my liver and strengthen my immune system and getting adjustments for a month now. I hear people around me sneezing and blowing their noses and I have no allergies this season. It only took 1 month to see great results! Very patient-oriented.... ...and very one-on-one focused to get you back and pain-free. Prior to my visits, I had difficulty doing just about everything: walking, running, lateral movement, bending, etc. The doctors at Elite Health educate patients on their issues/problems and the ways in which to prevent them.

Quality Care. I have chronic back problems recently started going to see Dr. Valente after trying a few different treatments. He has been exceptional about a treatment plan and physical therapy. I haven't felt this consistently good in a long time. He pays attention, listens, and is very gentle. Truly a no-fear chiropractor.

Treat yourself. I chose to go to a chiropractor not only for occasional back pain but also for the support it gives for my general state of health. I have been going to Dr. Valente for about 6 months now, an incredibly challenging 6 months - health wise, and without fail, no matter how awful I may feel when I show up at Elite Health & Sports Chiropractic, I leave feeling not only physically better but emotionally uplifted. Those of you who appreciate the intimate connection between health and emotions realize what a blessing this is. Dr. Valente is a true healer. Not only is he very skilled at the techniques of chiropractic and knowledgeable in nutritional wisdom, but he also have a heart of gold, an extremely warm, caring and generous nature which for me is the mark of a true healer. He listens in a way that is completely present and focused, making you feel that you are completely appreciated and important to him. I urge you to avail yourself of this splendid health resource!

Best Chiropractor you can find. Dr. Szymanski is a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field. I don't know what I would have done without him helping me. I have chronic back pain, each and every time I have seen Dr. Szymanski he has taken the time to understand everything that is bothering me before he decides on treatment. This type of patient care is a dying art. I had no idea that when Dr. Szymanski started adjusting me for back trouble, that my headaches would magically go away. I live in Connecticut and plan special trips to the city to be seen by him; it is WELL worth the trip.

Best sports chiropractors in town!. I was training for a marathon and was having foot, knee, and back pain for about 3 weeks. The doctors here help with proper running sneakers and how to pick the right one for my foot type. They help improve my training. I can thank them enough!

Outstanding Chiropractors. The Chiropractors at Elite Health really spend quality time with you to find the underlying cause of your problem. They are detailed, proficient and truly care about your overall health. I had a shoulder injury that they not only diagnosed and treated but spent time with me to showing me things to prevent it from happening again. I would highly recommend this office.
