rude dispatcher, used all sorts of jargon to misrepresent the lock that he installed, bad workmanship - misrepresented costs and did not provide receipt

TERRIBLE experience with this company. I called them at 2am after being mugged and giving up my keys to 4 thugs. I talked to a guy called Sonny who said his locksmith Joe Canabrio would be there in 5 minutes so I chose him over Express Locksmiths that showed up higher on Google. It took them 40 minutes. I told him I have a Mult T Lock (TM) and wanted the same one. Joe, the locksmith shows up with the wrong lock that he proceeded to install anyhow for security purposes. I gave him 100 dollars for the "service call" and the labor even though on the phone the service call was $50. He assued me that the next day he would install 2 locks for $200 and that would be it. He came the next day to install a "high security". "torch proof", "drill proof" lock. I naively thought that I was getting a better lock than mine. Turns out its a Chinese knock off instead (I realized that later when I checked at a store) and RUINED the door by drilling holes for screws to keep the lock in place. The previous lock had no visible screws holding it in place. He asked for $360 dollars total. Sonny the dispatcher told me that I would be getting a 1 year warranty and free service call. BUT Joe provided NO DOCUMENTATION and NO RECEIPT. When I told him that I would not pay without a receipt he THREATENED to call the police and take off the locks. I only gave him the money when he assured me he would be emailing me the receipt 2hours later. 2 hours later I called and "his systems were down". 8 hours later still no receipt. In the meantime I went by 127 Mott st to check on him and get the physical copy. 127 Mott st (x street Grand) is a FISH SHOP deep in China town. I confronted him and he told that he was just registered there as it was his home - there was no name on the door. Next day when I called him to ask for the receipts again he told he that I would be getting them in 20 minutes. Finally I called him again and he told me to F--K my mother. Hence the review. STAY AWAY
