The Least Painfull, Most Effective Laser Hair Removal. Excellent customer service (they phone you after every zap to make sure you are ok), Beam Laser Spa has the newest cool laser jet technology that makes this hair removal process PAIN FREE. I had my bikini area done somewhere else a few years ago - it grew back and was very painful (and I'm no blonde). Not here. My under-arms are hair free after only two zaps and it was virtually painless. The two brazilian sisters Andrea and Liza that run this uber clean, professional spa are super-friendly and knowledgeable. Get a pack of 6 treatments and pay for only 5 to save $$. Beam me up anytime!

Personalized Service in Calming Atmosphere. I recently visited Beam Laser Spa to get my underarms done. It?s something I?ve always wanted to do, but was hesitant. Well, the entire process was virtually painless and took about 5 minutes total! That?s it! The service was very personalized, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere was very professional yet calming at the same time. I would definitely recommend this process ? especially at Beam! Can't wait to go back!

Liza and Andrea are the sweetest, very welcoming yet informative. Their highly customized service makes one feel as if you are their only client in the world!! haha- I loved it !

Amazing Service. I started as a scared NYC girl going only for a bikini test patch when my sister convinced me I should do it all. When I got to Beam I met Andrea and the laser love affair began! She was so informative I felt safe and comfortable doing my treatment there. It is a clean, comfortable atmosphere and I was very happy with the service and follow up. I never felt that I was being rushed and knew she was taking her time in doing the treatment right. Now, after signing on for 3 more areas soon to be hairless, I don't know who is happier...my boyfriend or me! I recommend Beam to anyone who has doubts and questions, as Andrea can give relief to any of your doubts. Thanks Beam!! Besos!

Best Laser spa in NYC. The beautiful Brazilian sisters at Beam Laser spa take laser hair removal to a whole new level. The experience was not only enjoyable but basically painless. They put you at ease and the surroundings are so tranquil and helped calm my nerves as well. I have recommended them to numerous friends and have heard from them that they are also extremely pleased with their experience at Beam.

Great customer service. I was very scared to try laser hair removal, but was sick of waxing my bikini every month. I went to Beam Laser Spa to have a conversation about the procedure, and have a small test patch done on my leg before I tried the bikini area. It did not hurt as much as I anticipated, and waxing is more painful in my opinion. The best part about it is that after 6 sessions.....you are done forever!! I am already on my 3rd session for my bikini and am going to get my legs done next!! Andrea is so patient and made me feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend Beam Laser Spa!

3 words: Amazing Customer Service.
I used to have to go to the barber very often to "clean up" the back of my neck since the hair there grew so fast and looked unkempt otherwise.
A friend suggested I try having that area lasered, so I tried Beam.
Not only is the treatment working extremely well, but the thing I appreciated the most was their customer service. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive, and actually called me the day after my first treatment to check on me. They also called two weeks later to make sure my hair had shed properly and to offer a free touch up for any strays. I feel I'm in great hands.

No more waxing!!. After less than optimal prior laser hair removal treatments, i was very reluctant to give it another try. However, i was very pleasantly surprised with my Beam experience! The salon itself is quaint and beautiful, the service is impeccable and professional, and the staff is knowledgeable and experienced. I was instantly at ease when i walked through the door. i am so happy i never have to endure the pain of a biking wax again!!

No more razors or painful waxes!. I researched a lot of laser places in NYC before I actually committed to one. Beam really stood out in their in-depth consultation, and I got the feeling they really know their stuff. I've been shaving my whole body since age 14, and have very thick hair, especially on my legs, with 2-3 hairs per follicle. I would shave in the morning and have re-growth on my legs by the end of the day! Same with my underarms. I bought the packages of 6 for whole legs, and underarms, and already see results, even the pore size of the skin on my legs has diminished. My underarms also responded really well. I'm already debating what body part to do next. Yes, it's an investment, but it's totally worth it!
