I have never been taken advantage of so completely. This company quoted me a price of $150 to fix the fan on my laptop. When the tech picked it up he tells me it will be another 100 for the fan but no more and he will call me and let me know exactly how much before he instals it. He calls and tells me he installed it but the computer isn't going to work without a new hard drive. i tell him I did not want to put that much money into an old, out of warranty computer. I can get a new one for what it would cost. He asks me if I can get a new computer for 300 because that is what all the work would cost. I decide to let him do the work. When he gives me the bill it is $400. When I get the computer home it is still showing an fan error message. After letting them try to fix it again it no longer works at all and I am out $400. AVOID AT ALL COST.
