They ran out of business has nothing to do with the economy. The food at Sakae Sushi is horrible. They didn't do anything right for the New York market... weird menu, bad service etc. I heard they do well in Singapore. I think Singaporeans don't know how Japanese food taste like... sad.

I really enjoyed the food at this place. The sushi was fresh and nicely packed. I would recommend this place to anyone. And if you do go invite me!!

THIS BUSINESS IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND HASN'T BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS... WENT TO BOTH 405 LEXINGTON AND 135-138 E. 3RD AV. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
