really good bagels

I stopped here for a quick lunch. The food was great - I had a bagel with the sundried tomatoes cream cheese, custom salad and a capuccino. the bagel was really fresh, as well as cheese and salad. the cappuccino tasted wierd....you could actually smell that coffee was burnt, also there was a distinctive smell in the cafe...

Worst Customer Service Ever

I wish I could tell you that their bagels are amazing, unfortunately I didn't even get that far. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and asked for 2 slices of salami (surprisingly one of the greatest combo's ever). I wasn't even at the register yet when a boy behind the counter started yelling at me that I was to be charged for a sandwich. Even the other employees were giving him disturbed looks. He rang it up at $8.71!!! I cancelled my order and walked out. It was my first time ever in there and now it is most certainly my last.

Best Bagels in NYC

I moved to the East side, and the thing I miss most about the west side is Brooklyn Bagel & Co. A ton of varieties to choose from, and a great selection of cream cheeses. I will go out of my way to go here if I am in the area. Murray's is OK, this place is the best.

I'm obsessed with Brooklyn Bagels

This place has the best bagels I've had in NYC! They are so chewy and fresh and all around delicious! I love that they come in two sizes - regular (which is HUGE) and mini (which is what most bagels look like). I always order the mini version and it is the perfect size! They have lots of cream cheese choices, including flavores lite and tofu cream cheeses as well! Sandwiches, GREAT coffee, juices, soups, salad bar, and really delicious baked goods as well! It is one of my favorite NYC finds!
