DO NOT GO! Got Smoothbeam for my acne scars at the Astoria location.

Each time I went in for my session, a different lady performed the laser on me. They were all inexperienced and burned my sensitive skin. After complaining to L.K, they offered me to have the sessions again for 30% off. Seriously, are you f*cking serious? I am left with scars on my face and -$2,000 in my wallet.

I was very satisfied with the services…

I was very satisfied with the services at this clinic. I have been taking my son there for laser acne treatments. My son had very sever acne and acne scars. after a few laser treatments his face has cleared up. His acne scars are also much less noticeable.

the staff was very professional and friendly.

Went to this place for some skin tightening for stomach and purchased it together with the smoothbeam. Later on zerona and Velashape. All for the stomach, all a waste of time and money. 4300 down the drain! Do not go to this place. Totally not worth it!

BURNSSS. I went to this place looking for a solution and got a worst problem than the one I had, BURNS. I have spent a lot of money trying to fix what they did, microdermabrasion, peelings, expensive creams, etc. and the time wasted doing all this is just frustrating, and the mental distress caused by their lack of responsibility when dealing with such as a powerful thing such as laser.

Girls please don't underestimate the power of laser, it can really cause serious burn on the hands of inexperienced technicians like the ones at this place. too bad Yelp does not have the -5 stars!

Acne Laser Treatmenat. I am giving two starts but I am aware tat my treatment is not finish yet. I just did my third session and I need seven sessions. So far not improvement. I will come back again and update my rating as the treatment progresses.

smoothbeam acne laser treatment and hair removal. i went to this place about a year ago to treat my acne and facial hair, the acne laser treatment turned my skin from moderate acne to severe, they said it was because the laser takes the bacteria out but inever saw any improvements now i'm suffering from nasty acne all over my face even in places i never has before... With the laser hair removal ithey shaved my whole face , i have sensitive skin and it was bad i got rash all over and just 25% of the hair stopped from going back, i payed for the whole treatment had 2 treatments left never went back and they didn't even had the courtesy of call me to see how i was doing, now i have to wax my face and my acne can no be worst... I STRONGLY RECOMEND PEOPLE TO PAY BY SESSIONS NOT FOR THE WHOLE THING LIKE I DID CAUSE THEY DON'T TREAT YOU THE SAME

laserklinic. i read so much about the result of laser hair removal, so i went for it today. it was shockingly painful - like you're doing 10 jabs at the same time on the same spot, and this repeated like hundred times. i technically held the pain throughout the session. i should have been warned about it. i have paid for a package, so i got to go back for the repeated attack. the only thing gets me going is to hope for the best result. i can't tell the result yet. will see. but it's sooooooo painful.

Best Laser Center. I had 6 Laser Hair Removal treatment at another laser center before I went to LaserKlinic and i saw no results. I had one treatment at LaserKlinic and 90% of my hair fell out after two weeks it was unbelievable. They told me I need multiple treatment because the hair grows in different cycles, I can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks for my next treatment. you have to check out their new location on 28th and Steinway. It's clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I had a total different exprience with them. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for Laser treatments.

Great facility for laser. Yes I was hairier, but now have had 3 treatments and so far so great. I have to applaud their team of pros and the special care give to me and my 2 cousins.

We've also had laser for veins and for acne with great results. You can't do better.
