These guys on here are just cheap. I stayed at Ravel and I loved it. I travel a lot and I know good service. Ravel had a lot of different rooms to choose from. Just because these people chose the cheapest room they wanna complain about location and views. Get over yourself. So what they charge $5 bucks for the shuttle. Its a brand new Cadillac Escalade. It costs to ride in style baby. If you want cheap, stay at a motel, but Ravel is first class. I took a train to Manhattan and it took 10 minutes. And I saw a filming of Gossip Girls right down the street. Did you know that this so-called horrible location is 5 blocks from Silver Cup Studios, where they film Seex and the City. If Miranda, Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte can walk around over here, so can I. Anyway, check out Ravel, its worth it!
Pros: Close to Manhattan; Brand New; Friendly Staff
Cons: Cheap people who write bad reviews

I will never stay there again unless I have NO other choice. The location was not good, there is nothing to do around the hotel and the shuttle they told us about on the phone was a complete lie. They will shuttle you a minute up the road for $5.00. We were able to take taxis but most of them didnt know where the hotel even was. There was no bar or restaurant downstairs nor any kind of room service. We HATED the bathrooms. They are wide open and had to change rooms just to have one with the slightest bit of privacy. Worst shower of my life, I can spitt with more water pressure than the showers have. We had called down and asked for extra blankets and pillows........6 calls later they showed up.......with a towel and a fitted sheet......go figure. Said thats all they had.... come on now. How do they justify sending up a towel and a fitted sheet when they were asked for pillows and blankets. We FINALLY got the pillows.....with out pillow covers. They over charged us on top of all of this. Do your homework and find a better place to stay, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Pros: It had a bed
Cons: Everything elsse
