Horrible quality laser and they have Yelp remove bad reviews!!!

I had 9 sessions of laser hair removal for brazilian bikini, chin and underarm at this place. After 9 sessions were over I had slower/thinner hair growth but no removal (all the hair was still there, just finer and growing slower). I even came in to my last appointment with full hair growth just to show them I wasn't lying.

I tried to speak to the manager about my result thinking that maybe the technicians were using too low a setting or something. I mean 9 sessions should remove something right?? The manager was not available so the receptionist offered me 3 free treatments on her/his behalf. I found this incredibly reasonable and was pleasantly surprised. I should have known it was too good to be true.

Two days before my appointment I was called by the receptionist. She explained "I was told to contact you to tell you that since you already completed all your sessions you'll need to buy more if you want to keep your appointment". Ummmm excuse me? I was offered 3 free sessions. "So you will not be giving me the 3 free sessions I was told I would get?" I ask. "Yes THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD" was the only response I got. Way to take responsibility for a decision at your business. If you're going to lie as a manager then at least call the person yourself and say you lied, don't pass the buck to some random lacky. What a coward and liar their manager is!

I couldn't believe how they just blatantly lie to people. I guess I should be grateful that I won't be wasting 3 more trips for bad quality laser hair removal but being lied to was just despicable and deserves a bad review.

To make matters worse this place gets Yelp to remove the majority of their 1 star ratings and if they don't like your review they have Yelp "filter" it from their page. This has happened 3 TIMES to my friends who have had bad laser experiences at this place and who have tried to leave a bad review to inform others. I guess if you pay for advertising then Yelp will help you keep fooling people with bad quality service.

DO NOT GET LASER HERE!! go to a place with a REAL laser and not an ancient IPL machine.

This was my second time going. I had the chocolate brazilian wax done.The place was clean. Maria made me feel comfortable. She didnt double dip in the wax. She tried to do it as painless as she could. I have gone to many other places and after coming back here I really feel like Confidence does a great job for the price.

I booked through Lifebooker. I payed $28 for Azulene Brazilian wax. Excellent, super quick, and painless. I think I found my place for Brazilian wax. I was able to be in and out within 15 mins and Aida was so nice and polite. I have gotten other waxes but this one was amazing! Will definitely be returning for future services which I got a good package for (3 for $75).

The best Brazilian wax. I had a great experience here. Lisa did a great job and she made the experience as painless as possible. I have very sensitive skin and the next day my skin was not irritated at all, which has not been the case for me in the past,I'll definitely be going back.

Great massage. Great experience. Aire was super.I felt very welcome and taken care of. The massage lasted the full 60 min, even a few minutes past what should have been the out time since we probably started a few minutes late. The ambiance and mood of the spa was calm and inviting.

Excelent service. Aida was amazing! I was really nervous but she put me at ease and was very quick - which is a godsend when getting this particular service! There was a short wait, but plenty of room to sit .The receptionists were very friendly as well.

Terrible Experience!. Terrible experience!!!!!

Please do Not waist your money and time! Unfortunately I bought this voucher as Christmas gift to my sister and what a shame! From the moment she walked in she was mistreated. Starting with a very rude receptionist, the whole staff is unpleasant and full of them shelves. Also they made her feel bad for asking questions about nail style options, making faces, given snappy answer and making comments with each other in their native language. Just plain rude!!!! The Mani/pedi was not well done. I will let people in my neighborhood know about this.

ALLA IS AMAZING - GO SEE HER NOW!!!!. Go here if you want to be waxed by the best. Her name is Alla - she is amazing. She talks to you; make you relaxed it is unreal. They have different waxes for you to choose from. I got the chocloate Bikini - omg to die for; first of all I was not red afterwards like I have been in the past with normal waxing... second of all it didn't hurt; third of all she doesn't double dip!!!!! i will be back monthly - price for 1/2 leg; brazilian Bikini; underarm, lip, eyebrow was the best deal ever... go there; The place is small and on the second floor - enter on 3rd aenue or through their hair salon but you need to go to the back and up the stairs... They are so friendly and nice; not fancy - its a functioning salon not a Looks salon. if you want looks your going topay for it but been there done that and the service here is so so much better. Clean; friendly; no double dipping; fast and best of all with in budget.

Call ask for ALLA - she works Tuesday - Saturday - I promise you you will not regret going to her she is AMAZING.

Best wax with Alla. I had a bikini wax today with Alla and it was great. Absolutely painless. I will def go back to see Alla
