Great Plumbing Service

We loved how the technician (Vinny #98) knew exactly what needed to be done and explained what he planned to do in a way that we could understand it "before" he started the work.

He was equipped with all the necessary parts and tools needed for the job so we wouldn't have to wait another hour or day. Best of all, the work is done quickly, neatly, and to great satisfaction. He quickly cleaned up and he was careful with our newly remodeled kitchen.

We'd love to have the same technician back any time we need plumbing services because we were extremely satisfied with his work.

How to make the most of a drippy situation

My shower water was dripping in to my living room. After the condo handyman told me that the job was beyond his capabilites, a friend suggested Roto-Rooter.

Vinnie #98 was there before I was home from work. Vinnie was very sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. By process of elimination he advised that I need a "tile man". Vinnie then arranged for John to come by and take care of the tiles.

Considering the circumstances, it was a pleasant experience (as odd as that may seem). I will keep Vinnie's card handy for any future plumbing situations.

great to call when pipes are clogged

clean (always wears little paper booties to make sure dirt doesn't get tracked in) and they ALWAYS get the job done
