ZERO CLASS!

Out of all the customer service I have ever dealt with these people were the worst. Unprofessional and zero phone manners. She hung up on me - twice! After the first time I called back and very politely asked her why she hung up on me. She said "because I already told you we don't service your area. I had nothing more to say to you." My reply was, "So you just hung up on me? That was so rude. Besides I am looking at address for your company via citysearch." Then low and behold she did it again. I feel sorry for her, working phone service and all. But come on have a little pride in your work. I would never give them my business or recommend them to a friend!
