fantastic. we take our little guy to ciao bow wow three days a week and he loves it. sarah and the rest of the staff are so friendly and they genuinely get to know every dog. the location is great, right in the financial district, the hours are convenient, and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the multi-visit packages. they also offer grooming and overnight stays.

the space is clean, bright, warm and inviting, and there is more than enough room for the dogs to run about and play together. or if they choose to be on their own there are windows with padded sills where they can lay down and daydream. during nap time each dog gets its own bed in a closed off area, not locked up in a cage or kennel, and it can move around if it wishes.

we've been taking our dog to ciao bow wow for almost a year and i have never seen an unhappy dog or person come in or out. you won't find a better doggy daycare in lower manhattan and most likely all of nyc. it's a really great place.

Best Daycare!. This is the best daycare! There is a huge space for the dogs to play and I know when I leave my dog here, she is in great hands! She is practically leaping out of her carrying bag before I even ring the bell. I couldn't think of a better place to leave my dog while I'm at work for the day!

A++. Ciao Bow Wow is such a wonderful place for all dogs. Sara and her friendly staff takes great care of my dog Emma. She gets very excited when we are on the way there and once we're inside she runs up the stairs. I know she is in good hands and enjoys all the attention. Sara does a terrific job of grooming Emma and I just can't express how grateful I am to have found CBW. If you're looking for a doggy daycare, you will not be disappointed..........

Simply The BEST. I cannot say enough good things about Sara and her staff! Ciao Bow Wow should be the blue print model for all other doggie daycare centers. The space is extremely pleasant and inviting. The staff is caring, professional and trustworthy. In fact, I trust Sara more with my dog Maggie, more than my own family and that’s saying something. Hands down, you cannot find a doggie daycare center better than Ciao Bow Wow.

Best Doggie Daycare in NYC. Ciao Bow Wow welcomes each dog by name every morning with a smile, a treat and a level of comfort that it is obvious they have deep experience with dogs. My dog has always been shy, but when he gets to Ciao Bow Wow, he runs up the stairs and in the door with so much excitement its as if he lives there. The staff is so welcoming, the atmosphere is bright, happy and comfortable. There is no other daycare in the city (and i have tried many) that compares!

WOOF WOOF WOOF. I have been late in writing this review trying to find the perfect words to describe the amazing experience you and your pup will have a Ciao Bow Wow. I know this is a cliche but max actually dashes to CBW and when we are waiting for the buzzer to let us in he is standing tall and alert with his tail wagging dying to go it. Once there it is hard to put the experience into words... It is if you are leaving your dog with your favorite, most trusted friend, aunt, sister, mom! You can tell how much Sara adores all the dogs and they adore her. It's just something you have to witness... My sweetie is a rescue and Sara has been so, so helpful with tips on how to help him adjust and to make me feel good about how I am doing. See is a LOVE. The space is amazing and the minute any dog arrives they say hi to Sara and then it's play, play play!!!

But on of my favorite things is at the end of the day as the pups get picked up... They are all so happy to see you, yet they still want to stay and play!!!!! And the sweetest thing is to see the little ones so pooped they popped!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Sara and CBW.. if you live or work downtown you must take or dog there!!!

Best doggy day care hands down. I wish I could give Ciao Bow Wow 10 stars - 5 just doesn't seem sufficient. I never thought I would take my puppy to a doggy day care. I visited so many and was nervous about all of them. And then I found Ciao Bow Wow.

The facilities are environmentally friendly, incredibly clean and bright. Because it is on the 2nd floor, 2 of the walls are lined with windows and each window has a padded window seat where the dogs sit if they need a break. It is still a mystery to me how there could be no dog smell in the place! If it sounds perfect, that's because it is. I'm sure it's pricier than a dog walker, but the comfort I get from knowing my puppy is safe and most importantly, happy is priceless.

Sara (the owner) was made to do this job. It is obvious that she loves her job and the dogs - it shows in every single detail in the place. Recently, she threw one of the dogs a 1st birthday party. We had wine, appetizers, and all of the dogs got a gift basket. Where else would this be done? She treats the dogs and the owners like family. And I can truly say that both my puppy and I feel at home at Ciao Bow Wow.

Before attending day care here, my puppy was afraid to walk outside. Now she practically pulls me the entire way each morning I drop her off. Sara routinely spritzes my puppy with lavendar and other essential oils to calm her, cleans her eyes, her ears, trims her feet - all without being asked to do so. She doesn't charge me extra for this, she does it because she loves my puppy.

This place really is the best.

Yay for a downtown doggy daycare!. Simply put, Laika cannot wait to come to daycare. She is excited the minute she gets through the doors. Besides being extremely convenient, Ciao Bow Wow offers a personal and cozy daycare experience. We feel that Laika is looked after with extreme care and yes..even love! While most daycare facilities tout doggy cams so you can check in on your baby, we don't even feel like we need that. We 100% trust Sara and her team and am more than happy to have Laika spend her days there while we are at work. Spending a little more money a day (than hiring a dog walker) is well worth the comfort level that Laika is having fun, is being supervised and has canine company.

Wonderful dog grooming. It is so convenient having a dog daycare all the way downtown. I am very impressed with Ciao Bow Wow?s beautiful spacious facilities and large well-supervised play area. Their friendly professionals do a full evaluation of your dog and his habits so they know how to make his stay most enjoyable. My dog Marvin felt right at home immediately. The groomer did a wonderful job with trimming his nails and cleaning his ears. I am so happy with their services. Ciao Bow Wow also has an amazing selection of doggie products. I loved the coats, rainwear and beautiful leashes. Marvin went for the natural fabric toys and treats!!!
