In Short – The pink goat piñata suspended from the entrance perfectly represents the vibe inside this cantina: colorful, loud and fun. The menu reflects the same personality, with chef David Schuttenberg (Fatty Crab) promoting lively south-of-the-border street food. The menu features tacos, of course, featuring braised beef tongue and beer-battered fried fish, and huaraches, thick masa "sandals" with toppings like huitlacoche. But most people come here to get their goat--that's the spot's slow-roasted specialty, seasoned with sour orange, garlic and chili.
