I found Seema online and she was an absolute lifesaver last Thanksgiving. She is very professional and took the time to get to know Monty and Lola (my two cats), their habits, my preferences, etc., and made for a very easy transaction. I appreciated the "diary" entries and the photos -- made me feel close to M&L when I was away and I knew they were in great hands.

Can't recommend highly enough. My cat is a handful... a sweet girl, but has her issues. PFP takes the time to see what works best, each visit, for her particular needs (including meds). And they let me know how she's doing though detailed, well-written (and fun to read) reports. I always feel comfortable leaving her in their exceptional care, and am always pleased to return to a calm, happy cat!
Pros: Excellent care, attention to detail, responsible, nice!
