Great move. This company provided a professional service at a really affordable price. The movers were incredibly polite, they clearly knew what they were doing, which meant my wife and I didn't have much to worry about during the move process. They ran a little late in the morning, but called ahead to let us know of the delay. Nothing broken, estimate was on the money, I will recommend them to my family and folks we know.

Very Deceptive Movers. I am leary about movers because there are so many. When I went to Certified Moving Systems' website, I was impressed with what all it said and the testimonials. Little did I realize how bad of an experience I would receive. The movers were not uniformed, they arrived at the last minute, they only had two regular dollies with them to move a house of furniture, they dropped and scratched/chipped my furniture, the moved very slowly and were folding blankets on my hourly rate time, they hit my new house door frame and knocked out a piece of wood and their company policies did not match what I was being told by the president. The president said he would reimburse me money for the move the take care of the claims - that was on October 27. It's now more than 30 days later.

Perfect move. We hired Certified Moving to handle our move from Houston to Dallas with only a few days notice. They sent an incredible packing crew with 4 men who clearly knew what they were doing and who were very thorough in caring for our belongings. The next day they came to load us and I had never seen movers prepare furniture so carefully. Every piece was wrapped in moving blankets and wrapped with plastic - we were very comfortable with the whole process. The price was fair and the whole operation was first class. Will use again if we ever have the misfortune of having to move again.

Be careful.... Complaint was resolved. Owner contacted me to explain what had happened. He then proceeded to tell me that those men would no longer be used, and that I would be getting the difference back.

Great Experience Moving. I had a great experience with Certified. I had called 10 or so different moving companies to get quotes. I got all sorts of different pricing but settled with Certified. Larry in the office was friendly and professional. On the day of the move 1 driver called to give me a time. No problem, right in the middle of their window. He called later to tell me a different driver was assigned to my job. He didn't want me wondering why some other guy showed up. GREAT communication. Berexell, my driver called and was right on time. His crew, Booker and Byron were friendly and worked very efficiently. Berexell did an excellent job loading and unloading my stuff. They also did a great job stacking all of the belongings in my storage unit. I was VERY satisfied with the entire experience.

Will Use Again. I really appreciate the guys that handled my move. Especially Sanford who worked extra hard. As you know, Saturday was really wet all day. These guys arrived a few minutes early and worked hard the whole time until they were finished. Didn't break a thing and were a pleasure to work with. I would use your company again. I trust every move is as professional as mine. Thanks again.

great job. I just wanted to send a note and thank you for the premier service that we received from your crew on Saturday. Due to circumstances out of their control they did not arrive on time, BUT, once they got there they were fantastic. Your guys were friendly, professional and it was actually our pleasure to have them move us. This is one time I feel like I made a great choice of moving company. Thank you again for everything and thank your guys for us again. We really appreciated their work

Easy out of state move. For a recent corporate relocation, my wife and I had to be moved from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Houston, Texas. The appointed company was Certified Moving, who contacted us within a day of the relocation's approval. We were given several contact numbers, both local and at their headquarters in Houston, who assisted us from the initial home walkthrough (2900 square feet, 3 bedroom)to the end of unpacking and vehicle storage. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged (well, a $4 model rocket got bent)and they took incredible care of our Mazda and my Triumph motorcycle. They were very flexible with us also. They wouldn't let us lift a hand, it was incredible! Much easier than I thought it would be. The only downside was that the load out took longer than I expected and we had to spend the first night in a hotel. Otherwise, it went great.

Fantastic Service. Nothing but an easy move with this company; office staff was very helpful in scheduling. I used them over the weekend all went well. Will use these guys again in a couple of months when my house is ready! Thanks.

Good experience, very professional. found this company on citysearch. it was a good experience. i had a bad experience with another moving company not showing up at all and these guys saved the day. the movers were in uniform, and were polite especially around my daughter. they packed and moved a small 4 bedroom house in less than 7 hours. they put protection down on the new hardwood floors and were quick to put back together my beds. i recommend using this company for your move.
