As a college student living in New York and going to school in Washington, I've had to move in and move out every year.

Using Certified Movers was the best idea ever.

The guys were nice, efficient, and thorough.

The price is the lowest (I check all the time). What else could you ask from movers?! I just showed them where all the furniture and boxes were that needed to be moved and 30 minutes later it was all in the truck.

I got in my car and when I got to Washington they were only 25 minutes behind me. They brought everything up quickly and asked me exactly where I wanted things.

If I changed my mind and wanted the furniture switched they had no problem accommodating and just went to work. I will be using the same guys to move me out next June and each time I need to move anywhere!‎

They totally made a potentially stressful move

I highly recommend NYC Moving & Storage-!!! We hired them on July 29th to take a truckload from 1 house and 3 storage units and move it all under one roof-a total nightmare for us no matter which way you look at it. Our 4 guys showed up on time and extremely professional and never even blinked an eye when they found out how big the job was actually going to be. They totally rolled with it, they were fast, courteous, carefully packed and moved everything as if it were there own despite all the lugging and me barking orders on where everything was supposed to go (2 floors plus a basement!). They were a great bunch of guys and Harry was wonderful on the phone which was why we went with them in the first place, well, that and she offered the best price around! My aunt will be moving in Sept. and I have already referred her to NYC Moving & Storage . They totally made a potentially stressful move seem like such a breeze-they were great!!!

Awsome movers

We lived on the Upper East Side, and we have been seeing their trucks everywhere lately. Knowing we were going to be moving soon, we asked our building?s management people about them and it turned out that they use Alpha all the time and they had an office in NJ. Since we were moving to Madison in NJ it seemed like a good match.

We logged on to their site www.newjerseymovers dot com and it was very informative (and entertaining actually.... they got these cute games on there.....), checked their reviews on line and their reputation seemed great, so we called, got an in-home estimate. Price was right in the middle, not too high and not a scary low. The move itself was just perfect. Nice, quiet, polite, hard working guys. Were even shy about asking for some water. When we bought them lunch, they offered to pay for it which I thought was very nice.

Anyhow, our things arrived without the slightest of damage. Everything was put neatly into place and was done an hour LESS then estimated, so we tipped the guys well.

In general, a great experience with a great company.

I used Alpha to move from Jersey City to Springfield, NJ. This letter is to inform you of how happy I am with your company?s services.

My only previous experience with a professional mover was a nightmare. The truck was 5 hours late and my belongings arrived at my new address about 12 hours late. Since that experience, I have always rented a truck and moved myself.

This year, with a new wife and her additional belongings, I decided to give professional movers one more chance. I spoke to a few movers, but none were able to make me feel comfortable. Eventually, I filled out the application for an estimate on your web-site. Lorenzo called me the next day, instinctively recognized my needs and, without using a sales pitch, had me sold on Alpha within 10 minutes. When I dropped off my deposit, Lorenzo presented such confidence in your services that I was completely relived of my apprehension about the move.

The move itself went without incident. Ohad and his crew called before they came, arrived on time, worked without pause and delivered everything to my new home in perfect condition. They were pleasant, polite and extremely professional. The cost of my move was exactly the amount Lorenzo quoted me.
